Beginners Fundamentals

Our Fundamentals Class is perfect for first-time or newer students. It focuses on fundamentals—like stances, footwork, kicks, and strikes—taught at a slower pace with an emphasis on technique and body mechanics over speed or power.
All Levels Group
Monday & Wednesday
6pm - 7pm
This class welcomes students of all levels. During partner work, students are typically paired based on experience to ensure everyone learns at a comfortable pace. Beginners—don’t be shy! Helping newer students is part of the training for advanced members. All-level classes usually include a cardio warm-up, technical drills, endurance training, and conditioning
Required Gear: Mouth guard, shin guards, gloves.
Intro to Sparring

To join the Introduction to Sparring class, you should already have a solid foundation in basic Muay Thai techniques. In this class, we will focus on applying your skills in real-time partner sparring, all within a controlled environment. You’ll build confidence in your techniques, learn to seamlessly blend offense and defense, and collaborate with partners to refine your abilities. We’ll also cover how to handle various situations and adjust to different sparring styles, exploring how diverse approaches in Muay Thai can impact your strategy

This advanced class is for students with a strong foundation in both offense and defense. Instead of focusing on instruction, it emphasizes real-time application through controlled sparring, partner work, and advanced techniques. Expect intense conditioning and the opportunity to sharpen your timing, reactions, and confidence. Perfect for those serious about competing—or training like a fighter.
